Fastest route: delete while signed in

In the OrgSpace app, open Profile & Settings → Legal, privacy & support → Account & data deletion. After a final confirmation, the authenticated backend process deletes the Firebase login, removes active access, private profile details, saved signature and driver-licence images, and anonymises the membership profile. Email delivery is not required for the process to complete.

Temporary failures are retried automatically and escalated for manual review. The target for completion or a substantive response is no later than 30 days.

Before deletion can proceed

An organisation owner must transfer ownership or arrange organisation closure. The last active administrator must appoint another administrator. These checks prevent an organisation workspace from being left without an accountable administrator.

What remains

Deletion does not erase the organisation, other users or legitimate organisation records such as approved or payment-scheduled requisitions, approval snapshots, bookings, leave, fuel and audit history where the organisation must retain them. Where practical, the personal profile is removed or anonymised while the historical business record remains.

Cannot sign in?

Use this form with the email address linked to the OrgSpace account. The public route requires identity verification before deletion. The request is stored even if an email alert fails, and overdue requests are monitored.
